The current system of land ownership has been proved to be a cause of a worldwide real state crisis. Skyscrapers and office towers replace public housing and even public spaces become an excuse for the gentrification of certain areas of the city. What seemed to be a public good becomes, once more, a market strategy. But are there other alternatives? This map aims to render visible a series of existing strategies that subvert the current profit housing market: co-operatives, squats, community gardens, public housing or settlement houses have a very relevant role in the development of our cities. LET´S MAP THEM!
